With all the gizmos and gadgets we have access to today, is it just noise or does it help.
From heat rate monitors, to pace trackers, to distance tracking , to recovery time protocol, to sleep tracking, to vO2 Max, .... this list goes on and on, I am sure you get it so I will spare you.
