If I may ask some advice please
Would it be a mistake in the long run to leave deadwood/ dieback ? Trunk looks to be affected vertically - growth of branches on one side look healthy though possibly deadwood other side . New soil repotting 1yr ago . Concern is if leaving it as& not cutting down further to the green wood - risk the possibility of side branches also dying ? Drawn shows direction of Apex of Trunks either side of newly putty top centre - at the moment with an element of some flow. I’m also factoring that it Will also be Watering to be the deciding factor !

Airlayering ficus Nerifolia
Hi all! I have a willow leaf fig that I want to airlayer, the top of the tree has some inverse taper that would create an amazing base for a new tree. When is the best time of the year to do this work? Thanks!
Japanese Larch - help needed
Recently got this larch and it is in need of serious attention before doing styling work. What can be my next steps to bring it back to health in our current Melbourne weather? The picture is a rough plan for future styling, but I won't be doing that work until it is growing strong and healthy?
