Black Pine - dead apex candle
Hello, I have a Japanese black pine grown from seed. Currently it’s at a pre-bonsai stage potted in a bonsai container. This spring, it started growing candles. I had removed some of it’s needles to redistribute its energy. It’s primary candle, from the apex seems to have died. It grew new needles around it. Can someone help me understand what happened? Should I act in any special way or should I just remove the dead candle? Thank You!

Royal Poinciana white/brown spots
Hey there, I have a Flame Tree/Royal Poinciana which I have germinated this year. While it was “cold” (less than 15 degrees Celsius for it) I kept it indoor. Afterwards, I have brought it outside (I have temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius with many hours of light). I have anorganic soil, and I use Osmocote and Biogold fertilizer. Today, I have noticed some white spots on newer leaves and brows spots on older leaves. I have a neighbour tree (black locust) which has some aphids, but I don’t see any pests on this Flame Tree. I have never had this species before, so I don’t know what I am up against. Can anyone identify the issue?
