Question

There is a guy in Skool who is posting in my comments section and we do not have any groups in common. He's selling some AI thing in my comments and he didn't even ask for my permission. If we do not have any groups in common how is this possible. Now I'm nervous thinking that he can come in and post nonsense under my name. He's commented on one of my posts in all of my groups trying to sell some AI program for kids. Any help is appreciated. Seeing as we don't have any groups in common how is he even able to read my posts?
