Carbon plated race shoes
I hope this is the appropriate place to ask questions that perhaps others would like to see the answer.
Do most runners use carbon plated running shoes for races? I am just learning about them now. Is your time really improved by 10sec/mile!? If so how do you mix the shoe in with training as you likely don't want a new shoe on race day?
