The Durable Runners Hub is a free online community for runners who want to stay healthy, consistent, and improving over the long term.
It’s built for runners who care about durability. Some have dealt with injuries before. Others are self-coached and want better context around training, strength, and recovery. Most want to make better decisions week to week and keep running for years.
Inside the Hub, you’ll find education, discussion, and practical resources focused on long-term health. Live calls are led primarily by Jesse Garn - a Steady State coach, PT, and former pro runner for Hoka - with Kelton joining occasionally when helpful. The focus stays on learning how to think about training rather than following rigid plans.
