Varicocele question
Hello Doctor, had a question on varicocele - I have one on my left testicle. Other doctors have said that it doesn't affect T, sperm, etc, and that any kind of surgery/procedure also wouldn't help. I want to know your opinion on if taking the time for a procedure to fix it (or block off the vein) is useful, or if taking TRT would not be an issue at all. I was worried that due to the extra blood pressure, vein size, and shrinking of the testicle it might be problematic.
