Hello Doctor, had a question on varicocele - I have one on my left testicle. Other doctors have said that it doesn't affect T, sperm, etc, and that any kind of surgery/procedure also wouldn't help. I want to know your opinion on if taking the time for a procedure to fix it (or block off the vein) is useful, or if taking TRT would not be an issue at all. I was worried that due to the extra blood pressure, vein size, and shrinking of the testicle it might be problematic. Thank-you

Dear Jinette and Vincent, I would really appreciate your advice, please put me in the right direction. I have been on treatment with 250 mg Sustanon once weekly. After the results below, I was advised to increase the interval to every 14 days and start taking half a tablet of Arimidex once a week. I feel really good on the once-a-week protocol, but I am struggling to control my estrogen. I am concerned that 14 days may be too long of a break for me. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Sensitive Estradiol (E2): 69.2 pg/mL Total Testosterone: 9.97 ng/mL Free Testosterone: 307 pg/mL Hemoglobin: 15.4 Hematocrit: 46.4 Estradiol / Estrogen: 69.2 pg/mL thank you!!!
