So yesterday was my birthday and this is what I’m realizing. Unfortunately I wish I could have learned this 10 to 15 years ago but prayerfully this helps you. Time is very expensive. God has placed each of us here for a specific purpose but there are back ups… there are other people that have a similar purpose. When I was in sales I managed a team. My secret was there was no oversight on how many people you hired. That means if my sales budget was 100 sales a month, I could be like most managers and hire 4-6 people… Guys keep reading I’m about to put you on game. That means each sales rep would need to hit on average 20 sales a month. Which lines up with the budget for a sales rep which is 4 sales a week. BUT What you find is most stores NEVER or rarely hit their bugdet. Why? Because most sales reps underperform. So they would hire and fire and hire and fire. I decided to hire 10 sales reps lol sometimes I would even have 12. Btw I won the Presidents Club Award and was the 2nd best store in reality but the Number 1 on paper. My reps only had to get 2 sales a week and I was a superstar, always knocking my budget out the park! WHY DOES THIS MATTER⁉️ Because this is how God works. This year I’ve seen multiple people doing parts of the purpose God put in my heart. (Traveling around showing the behind the scenes of evangelism with a team) When I see it I get sad but also excited. Sad because I know I’ve wasted years and not been faithful. You see I had sales reps that mDe a lot of money and others who were struggling. Just because they didn’t do what I asked didn’t hurt me… it hurt them! It cost them money. Not me. God will finish His purpose, but He wants you involved! This is what I’m learning… the enemy can’t stop you but he tries to slow you down. To hinder you. Sin is the greatest hindrance because you go backwards and wander in circles. But outside of sin, laziness, distractions (social media) steal minutes and hours that over time turn into months and years of wasted potential.

Your life will change as soon as you change. If you’re having difficulty in any specific area that’s a warning that you need to change something. Pain is a warning from your body of danger, internal or external. Why do we experience pain in life and blame others, circumstances or expect things to change as we continue doing the same things? These following scriptures are going to give you the secret to life… God gave us seeds and inside the seed is your Harvest. “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭29‬ ‭KJV‬‬ But seeds are not only physical… “A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; And with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Jesus told the parable of the sower and dropped the secret… “Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭8‬:‭11‬ ‭KJV‬‬ You need to be speaking what you want to see. STOP complaining about people, situations and problems. SPEAK what you want to see.

Example I know a big guy on Social Media who made a lot of money but could not get a speaking engagement… He has over 1M followers on YouTube. Money and success is not everything and it’s not your purpose. So why are you stuck? Disobedience. You can pray, fast, minister, evangelize, tithe and everything else you can think of but God said… Obedience is better than Sacrifice. God does NOT need your talents, gifts, ideas or insights… just be obedient. Oh and by the way… that means obedient to the people in authority over you. Because how can you expect to obey a God you cannot see if you can’t obey the person God has put in your life that you can see. People run to conferences looking for a touch from God or change in their life yet they can’t be consistent at their local church or obey their parents. You’re not going far like that… you’re just going in circles. People fast for 40 days but fall into sin every other month. Not going far. Obedience to the Word and the authority over you is the only way higher. People miss the opportunity to grow because they don’t agree with their leaders lol you’re stumbling at that stumbling stone 😅 I pray we all figure it out before we spend 40 years going in circles. If you’re not submitting to a local church and plugged in serving … I know it sounds harsh but you are not moving up… maybe forward but not up in the Spirit.
