I'm fine with creating rules and guidelines to start something. They are my rules. But when it comes to changing them, and that has an impact on others, I don't like to just jump in and make those changes.
Here's a situation that just came up in regards to one aspect of earning tokens. As you know, I am rewarding anyone who invites someone to the community with 50 DWYK tokens immediately. And I love doing that. But, in light of something that happened today, I'm thinking about modifying that a bit, and that's the point of this poll. I hope to get lots of input from you.
What happened? Someone invited someone into the community and I rewarded them for it. 48 hours later, the person they invited left the community. In skool lingo, that is known as a "Churn", which hurts community ranking. Now, I know that the inviter had no idea the invitee would join and leave. We can't control that. People do join and some leave. At the same time, I would like to limit this as much as possible. What change, if any, do you think we should make to the reward system in regards to inviting someone to the community? Thanks for your input!
