🚀 New: Live YouTube Premiere – Why Smart People Stay Stuck
I want to let you know about something new we’re rolling out and how you can participate, either as an attendee or as someone who invites others. On Wednesday, February 18 at 7:30 PM Eastern, I’ll be hosting a live YouTube Premiere called: Why Smart People Stay Stuck (And How to Finally Follow Through) 👉 Webinar link: https://youtu.be/BQit9rH7PKM This session is for people who: - Know what to do but don’t consistently do it - Start strong, then stall or restart - Are tired of motivation cycles and want real momentum I’ll be live in the chat during the Premiere, interacting and answering questions in real time. How this connects to the Sprint At the end of the session, I’ll introduce the 14-Day Knowing → Doing Sprint. The Sprint is: - 14 days - One intentional action per day - Delivered inside this community - Designed to build momentum through structure, not pressure Public price: $197 Current DWYK members: $97 (a $100 discount as a member benefit) There is no commission on the Sprint itself. Members who choose to invite others can earn by driving new Doing What You Know community memberships through the Sprint, which includes long-term residuals. The Sprint is the entry point. The community is where the leverage is. How you can participate (optional) You can: - Attend the Premiere yourself - Invite people you think would benefit - Stay engaged in chat during the live event - Send your individual Sprint link after the webinar when someone says yes I’ll share simple invite scripts and clear instructions so this stays clean and personal, not spammy. More details coming soon. For now, save the date and grab the link above. If you have questions, drop them below.

DWYK Rewards – Version 2
Doing What You Know Community Update If success leaves clues, then action leaves rewards. As the Doing What You Know community continues to grow, we’re moving into the next phase of structure and intention. That includes DWYK Rewards – Version 2 and an update to how the community itself is supported. Community Update: Basic Subscription Beginning January 1, the Doing What You Know community moves to a $10/month basic subscription. This helps keep the space focused, intentional, and built around people who are serious about growth and follow-through. Important: All current members, and anyone who joins before January 1, are grandfathered in for free. What Is DWYK? DWYK is the community reward token for Doing What You Know. It’s not earned for being in the room. It’s earned for movement. You earn it by doing what you know. How DWYK Rewards Work DWYK is earned in two ways: 1. Weekly Skool Leaderboard Rewards Leaderboard activity is calculated automatically by Skool. DWYK rewards are issued every Sunday night: - 1st Place – 100 DWYK - 2nd Place – 75 DWYK - 3rd Place – 50 DWYK - 4th Place – 25 DWYK - 5th Place – 15 DWYK These rewards recognize consistency, engagement, and follow-through. 2. Milestone Completion Rewards Milestone rewards are issued as soon as the action is verified. - Recruit a new member – 50 DWYK - Recruit an upgrade to Foundations – 100 DWYK - Recruit an upgrade to Community+ – 200 DWYK - Complete a free course – 50 DWYK - Complete a paid course – 1 DWYK per $1 spent (150 DWYK max) - Book your first 1:1 coaching session – 250 DWYK These rewards recognize commitment, progress, and leadership. Receiving Your DWYK Rewards (Pera Wallet) DWYK tokens are issued on the Algorand blockchain and sent to your Pera wallet. - Already have a Pera wallet? You’re ready. - New to crypto? That’s completely fine. There is a simple, step-by-step Pera Wallet setup course inside this community that walks you through the process at your own pace.

When you feel stuck, what does it actually feel like?
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, both personally and in conversations I keep having. When you’re not moving on something you know matters… does it really feel like laziness? Or does it feel more like standing in front of too many open doors, not knowing which one to walk through first? For me, the second one shows up far more often than I want to admit. Curious how this lands for you. What does “stuck” feel like in your body or your head right now? No fixing. No advice. Just awareness.

The Magic Word
This was learned during my morning study group so I wanted to share it here. When thinking of the “magic word,” my thoughts first turn to the word “please.” While “please” is the magic word for children to get what they want from adults, “attitude” is considered the magic word for adults to get what they want from life. Both operate on the law of reciprocity. If you use “please,” others are likely to respond with courtesy. Similarly, the world tends to reflect your “attitude” back to you; if you project optimism and helpfulness, you generally receive the same in return.
