🛑 The “Can’t” Mentality – Where Does It Come From?
Why do people who haven’t achieved much themselves so often tell others what they ‘can’t’ do? What's up with that?

Thanks for the asking. One of my biggest wins was preparing my home for a house inspection—and it went really well! 🙌 It reminded me of taking your car in for a Warrant of Fitness. You put in the time beforehand to make sure everything is in good order. It's not always glamorous, but the preparation pays off.

🎙️ Let’s keep this totally natural—short, easy turns, just like we’re chatting in person. I’ll kick us off! Me: So, what’s the first thing you’re looking forward to doing in June 2026? 🤔

How about you are you looking forward to anything special?
One of the Two is TRUE.
F.E.A.R. — Face Everything And Rise This is the "warrior" perspective. It suggests that growth only happens when you move directly toward the thing that intimidates you, using the fear as fuel for your character development. F.E.A.R. — Forget Everything And Run This represents the "flight" response. It is the choice to retreat into safety and avoid the discomfort required for progress. Which one are you?

I’ve experienced both. There were seasons where fear made me retreat, overthink, and avoid what needed to be faced. But growth often began the moment I chose to Face Everything And Rise. I dont think fear disappears completely.
Stop Negotiating With Yourself
Today's quote from the book: “You already know what you need to do.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 10, p. 167 Most people don’t stay stuck because they lack information. They stay stuck because they keep negotiating with themselves instead of acting. They delay the workout.Delay the conversation.Delay the decision.Delay the first step. Not because they don’t know what to do, but because action usually requires discomfort. At some point, growth becomes less about learning something new and more about finally acting on what you already know. The longer you wait, the heavier the decision feels. Movement changes that.

This is quite truthful. Today well actually within only hours ago I very much enjoyed conversations with a brother & his wife. We spoke I listened intently for a few hours at least. I had something to ask them and waited for the very last minute to share what was at the forefront of my mind. I briefly explained what i wanted to ask them and didn't elaborate too much just tried to be to the point. Although it ended with a favorable response i dont recommend delaying doing what i knew to do right at the last minute.
