When you feel stuck, what does it actually feel like?
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, both personally and in conversations I keep having. When you’re not moving on something you know matters… does it really feel like laziness? Or does it feel more like standing in front of too many open doors, not knowing which one to walk through first? For me, the second one shows up far more often than I want to admit. Curious how this lands for you. What does “stuck” feel like in your body or your head right now? No fixing. No advice. Just awareness.

open doors that i walk through are priorities on a daily basis. As a woman, mum and nan, friend, daughter, mother inlaw these come with responsibilities that are constant, and then time for me to exercise, reset & recover kicks in. How is it for you @Ray Thigpen
Built Daily
Today's quote from the book: “Momentum isn’t built in a day, it’s built daily.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 11, p. 225 Big pushes look flashy. Streaks win. Keep the rep tiny. Keep it repeatable. Let consistency carry the weight. Skip the heroics. Protect the next clean move. Proof beats plans every time. Show up small. Show up again. Watch results stack while effort gets lighter. Pick one 5-minute rep you’ll run today and tomorrow. Do today’s now and log it.

Yes agreed. I'm not about flashy just practical and not out to impress people. Showing up & going at my pace in the gym that is. My effort & focus is there at the moment. Applying this seems to lighten my effort in other daily commitments. Even my mind, or neurons seem to be firing as they ought to.
Will this motivate someone today?
You must consistently take action, don’t worry about perfection. If you wait you will never get started!

Congratulations 👏 Ash Frances Ade & Shawn. 🏆
🎉 Action Taken. Rewards Earned. 🎉
Big congratulations to @Frances Carpenter for completing the Welcome & First Steps, Pera Wallet setup, and DWYK Rewards courses. That’s how progress actually happens. Because she took action and did what she knows, 150 DWYK tokens have been awarded to her as a well-earned reward. 👏 Here’s the key takeaway for everyone in the community: DWYK rewards aren’t reserved for a select few. They’re available to everyone who shows up, follows through, and applies what’s right in front of them. No hype. No shortcuts. Learn. Do. Get rewarded. Who’s next?
