Days 72, 73 and 74
Our main focus continues to be Kairo’s play skills for the PWP Lab, alongside progressing our contact heel.
Now that Kairo understands the concept of a contact heel (with source focus), I’ve been trying a mix of shaping and capturing to encourage her to choose that position herself. It seems to be working, as she decided to attempt an unprompted contact heel on my friend lol.
Yesterday, Kairo had her first hoopers 1-2-1 in a while. The trainer commented on how much her focus has improved, so that’s a win!
