Day 163: Failed Tracking Session 🤦‍♂️

I tried to get some tracking in today but honestly it all went a bit wrong.

Firstly the weather was not ideal. The ground is hard from the sun and the grass is very dry. It was actually quite hard to see my track at all.

Then when I attempted it with Lupe it just wasn't going to plan. He is trying to go too fast and I don't think the current training plan/methodology is suiting him honestly.

I have a tracking one to one booked later this month. I think I'll persevere a little more but if it doesn't turn around soon I'll probably speak to them about trying something different.
