Connection Thursday: What Would You Do?
What would you do? You asked a team member to complete an important project by Friday at 3:00. Friday at 3:00 arrives. The project isn't finished. You needed it for something else, and you're frustrated. Before deciding what should happen next, use the Leadership Pause: What do you know? What might you be assuming? What question would you ask first? Drop your first question in the comments. I'm especially curious to see how many different ways we can approach the same situation.
