Hi Everyone! Finally decided to add a workout routine to my life! Last week, me and my girl started easy with a goal of 100 kettle bell swings a day. We missed a couple days due to a bug we all passed around but are back on track for this week. We also added in overhead marches.
Didn’t calculate numbers but egg/cheese sandwich for breakfast and Toro for dinner. No snacks today. 16,500+ steps including a 5 mile walk today. I set a goal of 100 miles walking this month. To date I am a little over 40 miles in November.
