Didn’t calculate numbers but egg/cheese sandwich for breakfast and Toro for dinner. No snacks today. 16,500+ steps including a 5 mile walk today. I set a goal of 100 miles walking this month. To date I am a little over 40 miles in November.
Not going to lie, we have been eating like bears preparing to hibernate. However, we are walking extra. Got in over 20,000 steps today! That balances out, right?
Trying to get focused again. Last couple of weeks have been a struggle for me. Didn’t calculate meals but refrained from snacking today and got in 14,000 steps.
