I may not have all the content loaded yet, and that's okay. I don't want that to delay your progress. I designed this challenge as a guide to get you into healthy habits during this chaotic and generally unhealthy season we are approaching.
By committing to this, by New Year's you will already be well into your goal while others will be just getting started.
This isn't about perfection or pushing harder.
This is our reset, our rebuild, and our return to feeling clear, strong, and grounded.
We're focusing on the 4 pillars that create real change:

✨ FITNESS – Supportive movement that strengthens
✨ FAITH – Daily alignment, not just discipline
✨ FASTING – Rotational fasting that restores, not punishes
How it works:
- Choose your level for each pillar (they don't have to match)
- Choose one daily action for each pillar
- Check in consistently
- Miss a day? Begin again tomorrow. No guilt.
For the strength training, you can use the Month 1 workout posted in the classroom if you want, it can be done any time, any where.
