So, we're always looking/searching for those little "golden nuggets" to improve our game play experience beyond practices. But have we ever stopped to think about what kinds of things we wish our program coaches actually covered or taught during practice?
As a coach myself, I'm so used to looking at and acting upon the "bigger picture" that its easy to overlook some of the smaller details that can be very evident with 1-on-1 or some sort of smaller and more direct instruction.
So for the coaches such as myself, what is something each of you wish you had learned before reaching out beyond your program?
