M&A Deal Flow Group Call is happening in 3 days
Don't be like Mark..
Knowing what you want to buy isn't an issue, in fact, if you know what you want that's amazing! But the more specific you get, the less likely it is to be just "sat" with a broker or accountant waiting for you to pick it up. You HAVE to get proactive. You HAVE to get out there and approach people. Don't be like Mark.

Cards on the table...
Between you and me, and brace yourself... I didn't set this up to just be kind *gasp* Nope, I want to make moneyyyyyy. For those of you that have gone through the deal flow accelerator you would've done 2 things. 1.) you love the process and take the skills and implement it into your outreach strategy. 2.) you realise that this is hard work but you see the value and you draft me in. Both of the above are wins in my eyes. Or, you do a 3rd route where you just disappear which isn't ideal... In reality, I want to work with you all for the long term!

What is the minimum threshold a “business” is sellable?
Hello, I'm older and had a curiosity question. What is the minimum threshold a “business” is sellable? I’m open to all thoughts and ideas my friends.
Stop approaching this like you’re selling a SaaS Product
A buyer reached out to me recently asking for feedback on his new M&A sourcing strategy. His plan? Paid ads ➔ Landing Page ➔ Instant Valuation ➔ 90-Day Automated Email Nurture Sequence ➔ 20-minute Discovery Call. His goal was to close 3 to 4 acquisitions a year using this. I told him to scrap it. We have been conditioned to think about M&A outreach as a volume-based "marketing funnel." It isn't. You cannot automate trust. You cannot put a retiring owner's life's work into a 90-day drip campaign. If you want to acquire a good business, you don't need a complex funnel. You need to do what I explain in this video. 👇
