Knowing what you want to buy isn't an issue, in fact, if you know what you want that's amazing!
But the more specific you get, the less likely it is to be just "sat" with a broker or accountant waiting for you to pick it up.
You HAVE to get proactive.
You HAVE to get out there and approach people.
