some of my strategies for effective recovery include:
✔️ Stretching & Yoga – Promotes flexibility and reduces muscle tightness
✔️ Hot & Cold Therapy – Cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub to aid circulation and muscle repair
✔️ Quality Sleep – Aiming for at least 8 hours to support recovery and performance
✔️ Clean Eating – Fueling the body with nutrient-dense foods
✔️ Rest Days – Allowing muscles and the nervous system to fully recover
These practices help maintain energy levels and prevent burnout.
