Coding Assistants
What do you guys think of the different coding assistants for either learning to code or building whole apps?
I’ve been considering these because they have lifetime deals on appsumo:
A few weeks ago I played around a bit with Open Interpreter on my PC, which was really cool. I realized it could not really handle the PDF’s I had it working with. It would definitely work much better with data that is formatted in a way that is more clear.
Also curious to test out DevGPT and AutoGen. Has anyone really played around with these yet?
I was finding it pretty annoying trying to get things going on my M2 Mac, so I had to use my PC’s, but I was able to download Codellama instruct 7B on my MacBook using LM Studio. That was much simpler to implement. Although it would get to a step and then just keep repeating itself until I stopped it. I believe the windows option had more available LLM’s to pick from to download.
