Hi everyone! I’m Kevin Teachanarong. Growing up, I played soccer so I've always had a love for health and fitness. I transitioned into fitness world in 2008 and developed a love for movement and performance. Over the years, I transitioned into coaching full-time, helping people build habits in fitness, nutrition, and mindset that actually stick. Presently, I coach face-to-face here in Bangkok, as well as online as a Breakthrough Body Coach. My approach is all about consistency, mindful tracking, and making your daily choices work for you — not chasing the scale. I focus on practical strategies so progress speaks for itself.
