Question for Sally - Staff Access to Socials

Hi Sally,

For 11 years I've maned our Socials - We now have a fabulous team of teachers who I would like to have access to position our socials - I have been setting the up to do this via Business Suit App. I have three members who I just can't seem to be able to on it! I've sent them the email link and approved access but the insta and FB accounts are just not connecting with them - Do you have any experience here or indeed know where I might be able to get support?
