What goals are you getting this week?
Have you got goals to hit?
Are you tracking them?
Are you scheduling them in?
What gets scheduled, gets done.
In the effort to improve our Daily Reps, replace bad habits with good, increase our vibration and knowledge, our autopilot and environment will drag us back down to our comfort zone (or the death of dreams as I like to call it)
To break out we need to change how we show up.
Example, when I wanted to watch my favourite binge show or play a video game, I made it a reward after completing my Daily Reps.
I took the batteries out of the controller/remote which made it harder to fall into that habit, I made it a conscious choice to put them back in and hit play.
Usually that was enough to stop me falling into old habits before getting the right things done I know I needed too.
