@Jake Saunders from UK but recently opened a shop in Norway, joins Hair Founders After a few chats with Jake it was clear to me how interested he is in building his new business, I mean, the guy is not shy of putting in the Graft (pun intended - his shop name is Graft Barbers) But more importantly, Jake saw his own limits and reached out to me on helping him with them - specifically mid-long haircuts, wants to start an academy and then wanting to grow his business into multiple locations over time. If anyone can do it, it’ll be Jake. So I welcome Jake to Hair Founders and I’m really excited to help him kick things off and watch him grow. Jake, why did you feel that I was the right guy to help you with your haircuts and business? And what is your main goal for Hair Founders?

Bryan Padilla (no idea why it wont let me tag you mate) from L.A has joined Hair Founders! Bryan is actually the guy who recommended @Daniel Lozano to take the class with me in Utah. Both Bryan and Dlo flew in from L.A and it was clear to me that these boys were hungry for growth. Their attention to detail and willingness to ask the Right questions showed me their level of interest. Each day, Bryan showed up with an open mind and willingness to be a sponge to information. I've got no doubt in my mind that Bryan can become a serious influence in this industry in his own way. Bryan, why did you want to join HF? What do you want to get out of it?

@Mark Rostron from UK I has joined Hair Founders I first spoke with Mark in November 2025 where he said to me “this is my last attempt, if this education doesn’t work, I’m quitting the industry” I helped Mark stay in the industry, we did a 4 day 1-1 class in January, and now he’s just put an offer on a shop to open at the end of March. A lot can change when you’re surrounded by people who know how to move. Mark’s character tells me that he’s up for the challenge and ready to take on one of the biggest projects of his life. Mark, why did you choose me? What made you think joining HF would take you to the next level? What do you want to gain from it?

@Folu Adelowo from Ireland has joined Hair Founders mentorship Folu originally reached out to me regarding my online cutting mentorship but I ended up refunding his investment because I knew it could be 10x better We had another call once I rebuilt the whole program and he said “you could be charging way more for this” I agree. And the investment will be going up after the first10 founders. But for now, I’m happy to build with the initial few and take things slowly. I’m excited to see Folu’s progress as someone who clearly has great experience in cutting and is ready to elevate his skills and positioning to increase his prices with confidence. Folu, why did you feel that was the right guy to invest in for this? What do you want to get out of Hair Founders?

@Daniel Lozano from L.A has joined the Mentorship I first met Dlo when delivering a class in Utah, Dlo had only been cutting for 5 months and flew from L.A to Utah based on his friends recommendation of my class It was clear to me how much Dlo wants to improve, after each class he went back to his hotel to practice everything he just learned I mentioned this program that I was building and he instantly said “sign me up” And the day is fast approaching where I get to help him take everything to a whole new level Dlo, why did you decide to join HF? And what are you expecting to get from it?
