Welcome to Hair Founders
@Mark Rostron from UK I has joined Hair Founders I first spoke with Mark in November 2025 where he said to me “this is my last attempt, if this education doesn’t work, I’m quitting the industry” I helped Mark stay in the industry, we did a 4 day 1-1 class in January, and now he’s just put an offer on a shop to open at the end of March. A lot can change when you’re surrounded by people who know how to move. Mark’s character tells me that he’s up for the challenge and ready to take on one of the biggest projects of his life. Mark, why did you choose me? What made you think joining HF would take you to the next level? What do you want to gain from it?

Thanks Nath for the introduction to the HF Mentorship! It’s been an incredible experience already since I had the first call with Nath back in November 2025. From not only thinking I was going to leave the industry, fast forward 3 months and I am now cutting hair again with confidence but about to sign a lease for my own barbershop! There are many factors to why I’ve decided to commit to HF. Having been a student previously with Nath, the wealth of knowledge and expertise in cutting hair was clear to me when I had the opportunity to learn from him on a 1-1 basis. Learning more about his own personal journey has helped and inspire me to find my own path to what is achievable. It was just a natural progression to invest in the HF & Nath, so that I can make the most of being a shop owner. I’m excited to learn, develop and grow as a barber. To progress in all aspects of cutting hair, clipper work to scissor work and to understand hair in a detailed way. While avoiding the surprises that come along with being a business owner.
