I have a couple of questions so I thought I would post them here together:
- Has anyone tried using and exporting from the toolkit? I filled out info and tried to export it but the doc doesn't show any info (blank page).
- Imagine this scenario: Property shows only 50% UDI for Susan. The rest is under Anthony who also owes taxes. Susan has HS - Homestead exception. Anthony died in 2025 (obit info), there's a deed transfer to Susan a few months after Anthony's passing but no probate. Is this possible? Do all properties have to go through probate when someone passes? Susan and Anthony were married.
Would appreciate any help!
