Virtual Curative?
Hey guys, hope you are all well. So how necessary is it that the investor be nearby to where a deal might be located? Is this RE biz model workable as a virtual business? I come from the land flipping world where we have literally never seen any of the properties we've flipped. We have gone where the data told us to and it created a virtual biz that worked well for a while no matter where I was. Is this the case with curative or is it more hands on with the likes of heirs and county records, etc?

@Phillip Thai Well TX is the obvious choice from what I’ve learned given the flexibility of AOHs. But I’ve also considered FL and OK.

You see, but do you observe?
When you go to the tax assessor's site, what do you see? If you go just to say you went and got the total arrears, and that's it...you're missing out on so much more of a story. It's kind of like you going to the gym and not lifting any weights...how are you supposed to grow muscle and get the definition you want?
