Yogurt Whey leftover - Usable in bread making?
I made a homemade yogurt batch yesterday. I strained my yogurt to make it less liquid and more greek style.
On the web, it says that it ia an excellent liquid in sourdough bread! What are your toughts or experiences with the whey liquid in bread making?
