Today’s bakes
Mini Tomato Basil Sourdough Boules and a sourdough Sandwich loaf for the week. The tomato basil is delicious, but the dough was messy to work with. The recipe called for tomato powder, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, roasted garlic and lots of fresh basil. Thinking about a little grilled cheese with mozzarella.
