Stiff starter group
This Saturday will be the first time using my stiff starter. Checking to see if I’m doing my math right. The sourdough recipe calls for 90g. So with stiff starter that would be 67g + 23g of water to make 90g. So I am thinking I should mix the stiff starter with the water before I add to the autolyse. Is this correct?
