Sourdough Rye
This is a bread I had alot of growing up. It is 100% rye flour with 4 different types of seeds. It is a dense bread, a sour bread, has a moist texture, and sliced thin. Not everyone's cup of tea. Not a bread to make sandwiches like we do, smear with butter and eat. It takes around 3 to 4 days to make.
