This Sourdough without Poppyseed but used Henry recipe except in all my recipes as Cheryl and Henry know no salt 🧂 added

Just taken from the oven .. so doing another bake with sourdough poppyseed bake as bought more from the store late yesterday.. so will bake tomorrow same recipe same method my kitchen is 20 Celsius outside temperature 🤒 16 my time is 0946 hours will slice when it’s cooled🥖
