Sourdough Japanese Milk Bread Rolls

I quickly became obsessed with sourdough Japanese milk bread after baking my first loaf a couple weeks ago, and I wanted to see how the dough would work for dinner rolls. Using the same recipe as before, i just changed the shaping. The results? Amazing!!
