Sourdough Brioche Donuts
Well to be honest i don’t like the taste of the baked donuts from the oven very much as i prefer the taste frying in coconut oil was the winner .. the recipe stated to do it by oven.. preheat to 200- 175 for 9 to 13 mins … i pull one out after 13 mins split it in half was pale and doughy so place it back in the oven and cook on 200 Celcuis for another ten minutes then pull them out placed melted unsalted butter then rolled in cinnamon sugar .. i used a muffin tin decided no holes as the hubby prefers them with cinnamon sugar only ... here are the results below if i bake them again i will not be baking in oven seeing my husband doesn’t have cholesterol or heart problems
3rd pic of crumb doughy …5th crumb shot was cooked tasted better so hubby stated after being in the oven for 23 mins all up… the rise was perfect i was pleased with that and the crumb at the end was just right the temp in my kitchen was 22Celcuis .. outside temp 27 Celcuis ..
