Friday night. What’s everybody up to?
I’m writing this from Kansas. Out here for my son Ryan’s competition, so I’m away from my own kitchen this weekend, which feels strange. But the dough doesn’t care where I am, and neither does this crew.
Tomorrow’s the bake-along. English muffins. If you’re prepping tonight, mixing a dough, feeding a starter, getting your griddle ready, drop it below. And if you’re baking something else entirely this weekend, I want to see that too.
