I decided this morning that there were too many days until Saturday.
I gathered the ingredients so I could time the bulk fermentation for when hubby and I ran to the gym so I wouldn’t feel so guilty about the calories I knew were coming ☺️
Since Challah is best shared, we called our neighbors and told them that if they felt brave enough to come to the test kitchen that there would be hot bread coming out of the oven this afternoon. They are brave. They came.
We have a new favorite bread. And yes, I will do it again on Saturday 😁 Thank you Henry!
