I use this Baking Worksheet when I bake bread. I love it because it records the recipe I used, allows me to figure my baking percentages, allows space in the notes section to calculate my FDT, keeps me on track with how many stretch & folds I’ve done, I can log how long BF took, what inclusions I added, when cold retard started, what time I heated the oven and baking length. It tracks the whole process from beginning to end. I guess if I really wanted to I could staple a picture of the crust and crumb to it.
