I took a video eo to show how this top is going. I am totally not sure how to join all the squares But at the moment I am continuing with the next square by knotting on a different colour. The yarns are from my stash and are a mix of cotton yarns. The purple feels very soft like brushed cotton. I have quite a bit of this colour.

I made 24 of these Easter Baskets for our church dinner, and placed each one with chocolates and Easter eggs.

I usually host a Chunky Blanket Hand Knitting class, but with warmer weather here, I thought a blanket would be too heavy. I started looking for chunky tote patterns online, but all used yarn i would have to buy and I wanted to make the cost and process easy. Then, I remembered the simple chain and slip stitch methods that @Roslyn Hill teaches combined with finger crochet methods and designed this tote!

Inspired by Roslyn Hill’s work and books, I’ve been enjoying practicing latch hook crochet little by little. My mother has also recently started using a latch hook needle, and she seems to be having fun giving her creations as gifts to friends and grandchildren. Thank you, Roz
