Just a heads up that you can probably expect a fair amount of leadership content to come in this week. I’m off to Canberra and a leadership forum with the senior enlisted personnel from the Australian Defence Force.

Having the opportunity to attend events like this one is not a responsibility that I take lightly. Being in a position where you have the responsibility to gather intelligence from your work colleagues, take it to leaders of influence, and return with answers that are going to help shape the workforce culture is something that I really get excited about.
