Steal My YouTube Content Organisation System!
Hey creators, just wanted to share my organization system for tracking content and other important thinks.
This is where I track all my videos, the progress, links to scripts, etc.

I have sheets for who I’m interested in collaborating with and that status,
I track other channels videos for inspiration and to see how they are performing
And finally I have a sheet which will track split tests
.

One other thing I do, is when I'm researching other creator's content, I put a copy of the transcript in ChatGPT and ask it questions.
