The only truly free option for business email

Something I see over and over again in the small business space is a business that uses an @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @outlook.com, or some other free email service for communicating with their customers.

Perhaps one reason is the cost barrier. While I recommend Google Workspace as the best option for business email, there is no longer a free option available. When I say business email, I mean a service that gives you the ability to setup email using your businesses domain (e.g. you@yourbusinessname.com).

The only free option currently available (at least the only free one worth considering) is Zoho Mail's free offering. They call it the "Forever Free Plan." More information about this free option can be found here:

Scroll down the page a bit and you'll find a blurb about the Forever Free Plan, its features, and its limitations. If you're just at the getting started phase and can't justify the cost of Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365), this may just meet your current needs while also providing you with an opportunity to give all email interactions with your customers and vendors a new level of professionalism.
