Hiring Cold Lead Gen + Appointment Setters for AI Agency (High-Income Role)

Answer inbound calls
Qualify leads automatically

What You’ll Do

Fully generate new cold leads through scraping, research, and sourcing
Qualify those leads based on criteria provided
Conduct outreach via cold email, messaging, cold calls, or DMs
Book qualified appointments directly into the closers’ calendars

ELIGIBILITY

You must already have access to tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead, etc.(Tool costs will be compensated at the end of the month, even if you don’t hit your target)
You will be required to sign a short online agreement to protect both sides and ensure accountability
This is a one-month locked role full commitment is expected
Multiple candidates will be selected based on performance and proof of past work
Payment terms will be discussed individually based on skill and results (1000$-3000$ based on your guarantee and skills)

Performance-Based Compensation Structure

This role rewards strong, consistent performance:

You set a monthly goal for booked qualified appointments (e.g., “I will book 40 qualified calls this month”)
If you hit your goal, you receive full payment
If you exceed your goal, you will receive additional bonus compensation
The top performer of the month can receive up to 25 percent extra bonus based on results
Tool costs will still be compensated at the end of the month, even if the target is not fully met
