🛠️ Skills and requirements;

Real experience in AV, projection, or technical delivery for events and public installations — mandatory

Strong experience with projection mapping, lighting, or AV systems for large-scale public or outdoor environments — mandatory

Comfortable working in real-world, messy conditions: public space, evolving briefs, imperfect infrastructure, and overlapping creative–technical contexts — mandatory

Ability to scope systems, prepare quotes, and produce clear, practical implementation plans — mandatory

Translate high-level creative ideas into buildable, technically feasible outcomes — mandatory
Work with and lead across creative, production, supplier, and fabrication teams — mandatory
Strong ownership mindset — able to make decisions and stand by them without waiting for full definition upfront — mandatory
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with artists, producers, fabricators, and technical suppliers — mandatory
Preferably based in or able to work from Blue Mountains / Western Sydney; must be able to travel to project sites in SA/NSW/Adelaide as needed — mandatory
Bonus: Experience with permanent projection installations, feasibility studies, or fabrication-led sculptures with budget and transport constraints
