About the job:
- Freelance creative leadership role focused on video and motion-driven projects
- Work centers on Sizzle Films used for agency pitches and case studies
- Projects include high-visibility work showcased at events such as Cannes Lions
- Role blends hands-on execution with creative direction
- Fully remote collaboration with a small multidisciplinary team
- Fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on storytelling and visual clarity
Responsibilities:
- Own creative vision and final output of assigned projects
- Lead and collaborate with editors, coordinators, motion artists, and AI artists
- Translate briefs into clear creative and production plans
- Define workflows, resources, and timelines
- Edit video using Adobe Premiere when needed
- Create or guide motion graphics using After Effects
- Contribute to narrative structure, pacing, visuals, motion, and AI-driven elements
Qualifications:
- Strong editorial and storytelling judgment
- Solid experience with Adobe Premiere
- Motion graphics experience, preferably in After Effects
- Interest or experience in AI image generation
- Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools
- Ability to lead projects from concept through delivery
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
