We are BACK!
Hey everyone — been inactive on here for a little while, but we are very much back and in action, and honestly? Better than ever.
This community means a lot to me and I didn't want to just show up without having something really valuable to offer you all. So I've been working behind the scenes to make this the space I always envisioned it to be.
In this community I want us to have a place where women can come to learn, grow, and feel genuinely supported — no toxic diet culture, no shame, no unrealistic standards. Just real, honest conversations about fat loss, gut health, hormones, and everything in between that nobody really talks about.
This is your big sister space. Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or you've been at it for years, you belong here. We are all at different stages and that is something we celebrate, not compete over.
I'll be sharing education, tips, resources, and showing up consistently for you all. And I want you girls showing up for each other too — because that's what makes a community actually work.

📋 Community Rules & Guidelines
1. This is a safe space — protect it. No judgment, no negativity, and absolutely no body shaming — of yourself or others. We lift each other up in here, always.
2. Be kind, always. Treat every woman in here the way you'd want your little sister treated. Disagreements happen but disrespect does not. Any unkind behaviour will result in removal from the community.
3. Introduce yourself when you join. Drop a post telling us your name, where you're from, and what brought you here. This is how we build real connections.
4. Engage genuinely. If someone posts something vulnerable or asks a question, show up for them. A comment, a reaction, or a few words of encouragement goes a long way.
5. No spam or self-promotion. Please do not promote your own services, products, or social media pages without permission. This keeps the space focused and respectful for everyone.
6. Share your wins — big and small. Finished a workout? Slept 8 hours? Tried a new gut-friendly meal? Post it. We celebrate everything here because progress is progress.
7. Ask questions freely. There are no silly questions in here. If you're confused, struggling, or just curious — ask. That's what we're here for.
8. Keep it confidential. What's shared in this community stays here. Respect each other's privacy and never screenshot or share personal posts without permission.
9. No medical advice. We share education and personal experiences but nothing in here replaces professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor or qualified practitioner for personal health concerns.
10. Have fun and actually show up. This community is only as good as the energy we all bring. Commit to showing up, engaging, and being part of something special. 💛
