We are BACK!
Hey everyone — been inactive on here for a little while, but we are very much back and in action, and honestly? Better than ever. This community means a lot to me and I didn't want to just show up without having something really valuable to offer you all. So I've been working behind the scenes to make this the space I always envisioned it to be. In this community I want us to have a place where women can come to learn, grow, and feel genuinely supported — no toxic diet culture, no shame, no unrealistic standards. Just real, honest conversations about fat loss, gut health, hormones, and everything in between that nobody really talks about. This is your big sister space. Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or you've been at it for years, you belong here. We are all at different stages and that is something we celebrate, not compete over. I'll be sharing education, tips, resources, and showing up consistently for you all. And I want you girls showing up for each other too — because that's what makes a community actually work. This is a safe space — protect it. No judgment, no negativity, and absolutely no body shaming — of yourself or others. We lift each other up in here, always. 2. Be kind, always. Treat every woman in here the way you'd want your little sister treated. Disagreements happen but disrespect does not. Any unkind behaviour will result in removal from the community. 3. Introduce yourself when you join. Drop a post telling us your name, where you're from, and what brought you here. This is how we build real connections. 4. Engage genuinely. If someone posts something vulnerable or asks a question, show up for them. A comment, a reaction, or a few words of encouragement goes a long way. 5. No spam or self-promotion. Please do not promote your own services, products, or social media pages without permission. This keeps the space focused and respectful for everyone.

DAY 2: MAKE A SWAP
Swap one processed or packaged food today for a whole-food alternative. Example: Replace your protein bar with plain Greek yoghurt and berries, or swap seed-oil chips for homemade potato wedges. Show your swap in the comments — what did you upgrade? I made an oatmilk matcha at home instead of buying one.

DAY 1: Awareness Challenge
Challenge: Read One Label - Task: Pick a food item you eat daily and read the ingredients list. Google one ingredient you don’t recognize. - Purpose: Helps you start to understand what’s in the food you eat often. - Come back and share what you discovered👏🏼

@Charlie Holmes spot on. I hate maltodextrin. can't believe it's allowed in our food. I always felt bloated when I'd have things with this in it and never knew why.
New day to get shit done
Thursday! Whats everyone’s go to healthy meal high in protein and tastes SO GOOD! Mines gotta be a baked sweet potato (pink salt, cinnamon, date syrup, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cooked in extra virgin olive oil) with minced beef. Comment yours!
