Happy Saturday everyone..so it's 7pm here in Portugal, the day is done. Let us know where you are and what U have been up to, I think some people have just woken up....
This is what Laura and I were up to... Did a luncheon for 12 people
Thai Butternut Soup with deep-fried Tortia Strips

Baked Hake Fillet topped with 4 cheese sauce, mint potatoes, glazed orange carrots and grilled courgette.
