@Tamara Laine we doing 3 varieties Chicken Tikka, Paneer ( Indian Cheese) and Lamb Seekh Kebab, with Rocket lettuce and red onions, tomatoes and Mint Chutney, Miso Mayo and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Japanese Knife Recommendations
Alright so it is well known that I am a huge fan of Japanese Knives. Please send your recommendations if you use them. I am very serious in ordering directly from Japan and getting the Maboroshi line from Teruyasu Fujiwara. Any feedback would be wonderful. Please and thanks.

Hi Gerrit, if you can invest in a good knife then yes, go for it. There are many brands out there so you have a large selection to choose from, I get a feed from my FB account about knives, if it pops up again I will send you the link
